  • Consumers trust earned media more than any other media type. The reason why it's so valuable is because it's not as easy to come by. In fact, it's more challenging than ever. Our journalist friends tell us they receive hundreds of pitches every single day, especially now that the wellness market is so saturated. They also tell us that they love attending events where they get to really know a brand.

    With RENEW/WELL, we're making it easier (and more fun!) for brands to connect with media and influencers, and for media and influencers to connect with brands.

    The goal is to help create a real connection between all parties. It's ALL about relationships!

  • Alas, with earned media and influencers, we cannot guarantee a particular result from this event. However, we can guarantee that with your investment, we will work hard to get as many impressions on your brand before and during the event (and after, too, if you elect for us to do so!).

  • Absolutely! We play nice with our industry peers. Promise. :) We welcome the opportunity to work directly with other PR agencies.

  • Once you review the brand proposal deck, you'll see the investment is super reasonable given the high value of this event. Remote participation options start at $500 and in-person participation starts at $3,000.

    Investments do not include:

  • Check back in December when we start inviting media & influencers!

  • 1. Determine how you would like to participate (which package)

    2. Sign agreement/submit invoice payment

    3. Onboarding, which includes:

    • Checklist of items we need for the online press room and brand footprint at the event (logos, photos, press contact, logistical needs, etc)

    • Address for gift bag samples

    • Event details

    Our team will begin promoting your brand, alert attendees of your online press room assets, and share the guest list with you each week leading up to the event.

  • Set up will begin at 7 am the day of the event.

  • Oh yes, please do! Everyone that comes to the attend will need to acknowledge that there are cameras at the event.

  • As long as journalists and influencers are receiving complimentary samples and experiences from your brand at the event, it is fine to collect emails or sell products if someone asks. But remember the event's primary purpose is to build relationships with potential partners who will share your brand (and encourage sales through their reviews or stories).

  • Our team will thank all of the attendees and remind them to follow-up directly with brands via the online press room.

    We will also be circulating event photos and a recap after the event, too!
